Brushlink is an awesome startup that turns your current toothbrush into your personal dental coach.
Brushlink came to us after finalising their prototype. They needed a website that would promote the product and allow visitors to purchase their Brushlink device through the site.
The website needed to echo the simplicity of the product whilst portraying their brand and the benefits that the product brings to people’s dental hygiene. Another facet of the site is to give dental tips to the user and become a thought leader in the field.
During the design stage we produced two very different concepts whilst outlining the same information that needed to be present.
It was important to retain the light blue aspect of the brand for two reasons; most important being that blue is the colour of the Brushlink brand and also because blue is generally associated with health care – think NHS.
We used large striking text with the accent colour injected through the Brushlink app and iconography. We felt this best represented the brand and the personality of the company.
Visualising The Outcome
Brushlink chose to run with the second concept, which was clean and bright. We then began designing the remaining pages.
Some awesome photography was provided to us for the team photos which allowed for a stunning result.
To enable visitors to buy the Brushlink device we integrated Shopify’s ‘Buy Button’. As Brushlink is only focussing on selling one product, it didn’t make sense to add the bloat of a full e-commerce site. By using Shopify we got the best of both worlds, a lightning fast, well designed website and a world leading checkout process.
