CHS is the sole distributor of high class tableware to the Channel Islands. Distributing brands such as Robert Welch and Villeroy & Boch, they wanted a website that would showcase the elegant products in a clean and user friendly fashion.
In addition to the website Margaret, the Director of CHS wanted to change the perception of the company by developing a new brand identity.
A fresh look at tableware
The original CHS logo didn’t represent the company, although logos can be abstract we felt for this project we wanted to create a logo that people could identify the the nature of the business from.
Creating an premium experience
We chose to keep the design simple across the board. Utilising the fantastic photography produced by the brands, we let the products take centre stage. It was also important to get across the personal service as well as the high class brands.

We needed to educate CHS’s past and potential customers that their brand had changed. We sent out clean and simple mailers directing people to the new site. We also set up an ongoing newsletter to keep customers in the loop with what’s going on.
